BEADING 101 - Necklaces and Bracelets
Learn to make Necklaces and Bracelets using basic finishing techniques. Class instructions will cover all basic information needed to get started. BASIC SOLDERING I - SPIRAL CHAIN
Learn the basic concepts in soldering while creating a Spiral Chain. By the end of this class you will have an understanding of necessary tools and materials to successfully solder simple joints. Students will complete a spiral bracelet by the end of class.

BASIC SOLDERING I - Charms
Learn the basic concepts in soldering while creating a Message Charm with a silver edge. This project will allow you to create a more polished look to your stamping projects. By the end of this class you will have an understanding of necessary tools and materials to successfully solder simple joints.

Soldering & Forming- Lentil Charms
Expand your silversmithing skills with shaping and forming to create beads ands lentils. This unique project will help you set you apart from ordinary charms.

Bezel Setting - Intro to Silversmithing


If you are looking for a fresh approach to jewelry making try metalsmithing. This class will teach you how to create sterling silver bezels to set cabachons for pendants.

Etching Pendants
In this class you will learn a simple process for etching copper and brass along with several finishing techniques. You will combine several etched pieces into a layered pendant that is uniquely yours. A variety of ideas for incorporating etched pieces into your work will be presented.

Cold Connections
Make Connections…Cold! Create a fun bracelet using rivets and mixed metals while learning how to rivet. No need to solder. Some students will finish project.

Rockin' Rivets
If you have been be collecting beach glass, shells, river rock or beads that that don't have holes we have creative ways to make them useful. This class will offer hands on experience with a flex shaft and how to properly use it. Students will have the opportunity to drill holes, create a channel and finishing techniques.

PMC 101
Precious Metal Clay (PMC) is the alternate answer to creating fine jewelry without metalsmithing. Students will learn basic techniques for handling and finishing PMC from a certified PMC instructor. Some of the pieces created will be kiln fired (one firing) and there will be a torch firing demo. Pieces that do not make it in the first kiln firing will be available for pick up at the store 1 week after class. Tools will be provided by instructor for sharing. Class registration must be 10 days before class to allow for ordering of materials.

Dichroic Pendants (NEW!!)

How to successfully sell at Arts/Craft Shows If you are considering the plunge into art & crafts shows here is a way to get a head start. This seminar style class is designed to show you the ins and outs of retail and wholesale shows. You will learn the how to's of show applications, displays, credit card sales, selling your product, license requirements, collecting sales tax, etc…. Although the focus will be on jewelry, questions will be answered for other arts as well. By the end of the seminar you will know how to prepare for the upcoming season and what to anticipate for your first show. Materials: Paper and pen to take notes.
