Thank you to everyone who purchased pearls and so kindly submitted to the contest. Your generosity is overwhelming. We can not begin to express our appreciation. From your generosity we have been able to donate $1000 to Dress for Success Cleveland. The above designs will be auctioned at the Dress for Success Gala in the Fall. We hope to generate $500+ at the auction. The remaining submissions will be directl donated to Dress for Success clients.
A Personal Note
When I began this endeavor there were many hopes with little expectations. By the end of the process it became clear that much more was happening. Submissions were beyond generous. I have found myself feeling overwhelmed with emotions so many times while processing the submissions. The biggest surprise were all the notes that were included along with the pieces.The time people took to make a connection was unexpected. (For those who added a note, please know that they will be forwarded to the recipent.)
