BASIC SOLDERING I - SPIRAL CHAIN
Learn the basic concepts in soldering while creating a Spiral Chain. By the end of this class you will have an understanding of necessary tools and materials to successfully solder simple joints. Students will complete a spiral bracelet by the end of class.

Stackable Rings - Tube Setting (New!!)
Handcrafted stacking rings are fun and easy to make. In this class students will learn to tube set gem cut stones and make rings. Most students will finish 3 rings.

Soldering & Forming- Lentil Charms
Expand your silversmithing skills with shaping and forming to create beads ands lentils. This unique project will help set you apart from ordinary charms.

Etching Pendants
In this class you will learn a simple process for etching copper and brass along with several finishing techniques. You will combine several etched pieces into a layered pendant that is uniquely yours. A variety of ideas for incorporating etched pieces into your work will be presented.

Falling Leaves - Fold Forming
A great class introducing students to the movement of metal by forging Students will learn how to anneal, cut, hammer and desired shape metal. Class also includes oxidizing and heat patina techniques.

Rockin' Rivets
If you have been collecting beach glass, shells, river rock or beads that that don't have holes we have creative ways to make them useful. This class will offer hands on experience with a flex shaft and how to properly use it. Students will have the opportunity to drill holes, create a channel and finishing techniques.

Dichroic Pendants

Learn how to make beautiful Dichroic Pendants. In this class you will learn how to properly handle glass; cutting, assembling and firing. By the end of the class you will have enough knowledge to repeat the process on your own. Every student will have the opportunity to work on 2 pieces. Due to long firing times fused pieces will be available for pick up the following week. If you have been working with PMC you will be able to use your PMC kilns.

Step up your PMC skills. Welcome to Bronze Metal Clay. This new material will tantalize your PMC creativity. Chain Maille - Full Persian
Learn to weave a traditional decorative chain using Jump Rings in your choice of metal. You will learn the proper way of opening and closing jump rings. Student may need additional time to complete the project.

Pearl Knotting
PEARL KNOTTING Learn the age-old technique of Pearl Knotting using a modern day device, a Tri-Cord Knotter. This technique may also be used to create new interest to your current bead designs. Materials list will be provided. Class sign up must be 10 days prior to scheduled class to allow for the shipment for the Tri-Cord Knotter if you do not have one.

How to successfully sell at Arts/Craft Shows. If you are considering the plunge into art & crafts shows here is a way to get a head start. This seminar style class is designed to show you the ins and outs of retail and wholesale shows. You will learn the how to's of show applications, displays, credit card sales, selling your product, license requirements, collecting sales tax, etc…. Although the focus will be on jewelry, questions will be answered for other arts as well. By the end of the seminar you will know how to prepare for the upcoming season and what to anticipate for your first show. Materials: Paper and pen to take notes.
