Thank you for visiting our site. We hope you will visit our store in the near future. When visiting our store please know we strive to create a friendly, inviting atmosphere where everyone is welcome. One of our many goals is to be a "full service" bead store. To accomplish this goal we welcome suggestions from our customers and encourage you to talk to us. As we are a young company we feel that our customers are our greatest asset for growth. We hope that you join us in this new adventure.

Special Orders and Wholesale

Special Orders are welcome and are taken on a case by case basis. Please inquire at the store.

Wholesale accounts are accepted with a valid Vendor's License. If you are a new customer and wish to make purchases non-taxable you must present a copy of your license at the time of the sale. Wholesale discounts will be considered with a valid license and a minimum purchase of $250. For a detailed list of discounts schedule please contact us at 440.708.1771.

Return Policies

1. As of August 2006 we will no longer be accepting returns, with exception of finished jewelry, purses, candles and tools.
2. Defective products may be returned within 7 days, if accompanied by a receipt.
3. Bead Q! reserves the right to refuse any returns for any reason.

Cancellation Policy for Beading Classes and Private Parties

Bead Q! reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient registration prior to the start of the class.

Cancellation by students must be made no less than 36hours before the beginning of the class for a full refund. There will be a $20 charge if cancellation is after this time.
